Positioning

Choose where to place your Airtech. The ideal spot is close to you where it can promote air circulation. Point the air vents in your direction and remember that the cooling effect only works if the fresh air directly reaches your body—you must feel the airflow on you, as it has no effect on the surrounding environment.

Preparation

Open a window or a rooflight, unlike air conditioners, the Airtech works best in spaces with an opening to the outside.

Fill the tank

Take the Airtech and fill its tank with some fresh water, the evaporation of this water is what generates the cooling effect.

Selecting the operating mode

If the room temperature is below 25°C: select the ventilation mode by pressing the appropriate switch.
If the room temperature is above 25°C: select the evaporative mode by pressing the appropriate switch. For detailed information, please consult the manual.

Turning on and Adjustment

Connect the power supply and press the power button. You can then adjust the fan speed as you like, based on the intensity of the breeze you wish to receive.
In just a few moments, the Airtech will start emitting a fresh, natural breeze, giving you the relief you are looking for.

Urban legends about evaporative coolers wetting furniture and creating condensation are based on old systems. Of course, cooling happens through evaporation, so some moisture is present—and that is science. But it does not get things wet! The ultimate proof: bring your glasses close to the vent. They will not fog up! This is because the system releases only invisible, diffused water vapor, not mist or condensable droplets. Warning: if you notice a lot of condensation inside your camper, please keep in mind that this also includes the water vapor emitted by people breathing. Your Airtech can be powered easily and safely via your vehicle's 12-Volt cigarette lighter socket. The 1.5-meter power cable supplied with the Airtech has been specifically designed for this purpose: simply connect the cigarette lighter plug to the dedicated socket in your camper and the other end to your Airtech.

Warning: it is not possible to connect to the vehicle's USB port to power the Airtech..

The power of its fan is specifically calibrated to handle the airflow "in free air" without the restrictions that would be created inside pipes or ducts. Attempting to connect it to a ducted system would compromise its performance.

Maintenance of your Airtech is truly simple! The only thing you will need to do is periodically replace the evaporative filter. This operation is within everyone's reach and requires no specific tools. How often the filter needs to be replaced depends on how much you use the cooler, but as a general rule, we recommend planning to use two filters per season. Other than that, your Airtech requires no further maintenance.

Using your Airtech is very easy!
To turn it on, simply press the on/off power switch and then adjust the fan speed by simply turning the potentiometer knob. The central switch is used to toggle operation between the evaporative mode and the ventilation mode. The left side LED indicator will provide you with all the necessary information; its colors will indicate proper operation and alert you to any warnings. The right side LED indicator will light up when the device switch is set to ventilation mode.
